My brother just got an E-Grip w/ the JCS trigger. I was wondering if trying to make one of those reverse ploarity magnetic triggers might mess up his E-Grip like a magnet can mess up a computer?

Magnets affect CRT based monitors and unshielded speakers, not the actual computer.

no, it wont affect the egrip, however trying to install a homeade magnetic return system is hardly worth the time.  the small benefit of not having a spring isnt worth risking damaging the rest of the marker in the process.

sniper, magnets mess up computer memory, mostly old memory though, new memory would need a very powerful magnet to do anything to.

and can anyone tell me how to make a magnetic trigger on a 98c?

I just tried it. It works great. All I had to do was super glue one magnet to the trigger and one behind it. It's a lot easier to walk the trigger.
