Hey everyone I just wanted to know if this is bad or if the gun is damaged or anything and if I need to replace something inside then gun? whenever I'm shooting the gun sometimes I'll pull the trigger and it will shoot two balls at the same time? is this bad or normal?

what is happening is that you have weak detents probably and your hopper is double feedingand pushing a ball past the detents. What type of hopper? You just need stronger detents.

That is easy, trim back your detent. Your marker will spit those two balls about 20 ft down the field. |

How will a bad valve cause two balls to exit the barrel from one trigger pull? It is a bad detent! |

If the valve has a leak, with one trigger pull you can shoot 2 balls. It sounds
like when you run out of air, but only for a little bit. It won't shoot the 2 balls far, but it can shoot 2 balls at once with a bad valve. This has happened to me before. Very annoying! |

I would think he'd mention that there was a hissing sound from the marker (that could blow the ball out of the receiver into the barrel allowing another ball to drop) But it is the detent. I had a valve stick open the other day. With my Halo B it just kept feeding the next ball. I was "shooting" a rope of paint out of the marker...pretty neat, except they were only going about 30 feet. At 22 bps feed rate of the hopper the display lasted only about 3 seconds till the hopper was empty. |

you know there is one more possibility i learned that sometimes when your 98 isnt bolted tight enough it makes space and sometimes it uncocks because the gas is escaping from around the rear bolt and the next time you shoot their is already a ball in their (thats just my experiance)so try tightening your gun TRUST ME IM THE GUY WHO COULDNT GET HIS FRIENDS VERTICAL BOTTLE ADAPTER TO WORK! LOL |
