I had big ideas of what my first marker would be. I had about 800 dollars worth of stuff picked out. Turns out, after I played for a while, I changed my mind. I would have had 400 dollars of crap in a box I don't use.

Get your A5 with a E-Grip. Play with it for a while. See what works for you and what doesn't.

United States Marine Corps....   When it absolutely, positively, has to be destroyed overnight!

Just say NO to junk mods

Hi and welcome to Tippmann. About the only up you may want to make without playing a bit with it is a barrel. Even then you need to know if you prefer speedball (a 12"-14" barrel) or woods sniper stuff (a Tippmann Flatline) and the choices are pretty extensive even then. I know I'm a big help but better to take your time and do your homework then end up with $200 worth of upgrades that you end up changing.

yea, thats the only thing im worried about, liek what if i dont use all the <poopy>i get, and as you guys said, $200 dollars wotth of stuff just lieing around, i think one of the things is was gonna get and probably use would be the double trigger, cause it looks sweet, andi feel that its way easier to shoot then a regular one finger trigger, i was thinking of buying th flatline, but the one thing is that its alot of money, so yea, once i get really good, i might be saving up for that, and what do u mean speedball, is that just the barrel? remember im neww, uve gotta speak my language

<please watch your language>

What are you spending $512 on? Tippmann's are excellent first guns. Get the A-5 and a standard barrel and then play for a while before upgrading further. Good luck.

Ok, that is pretty good. I got a starter package for my 98c and it is good because you can start playing right away.

It is fairly easy to get things off of ebay, you have to be at least 18 though. You fill out a paypal account with your credit card information and when you buy something, it will ask you how you want to pay. It will automatically take it out of your account. I just searched paintball and then there are different catagories. I needed a revvy, so I clicked on "loaders and accessories". Just do a bit of searching, and you can find pleanty of stuff for cheap. I got a brand new black revvy for $20. Sometimes stores overstock and they have to sell them cheap.

I'm not 18 either but my parents used their account and I paid them back. It is pretty simple.
