This may not be the right forum, if not, I apologize and feel free to relocate it.
Anyways. During my most recent paintball game, I decided to use Marballizers in my 98c with flatline. They sucked, horribly. They were fresh and in good condition, but my gun broke nearly every shot. They also broke in my A5 with Armson Stealth, but not as much, only a handful broke. I tried out my PMI premiums, and not a single one broke in the flatline, OR in the Armson. I also tried out my friends cheap stingers, none of them broke either. Any idea whats going on here? I thought marbs were supposed to be the good paint for flatlines.

Agreed, you bought a bad batch I think.

I shoot marbs almost exclusivly. I still shoot my old 16in armson stealth (gives you an idea of how low priority paintball is becomming for me )and marbs are the best for it.

Perhaps you bought them at sports authority or walmart? If its not the paint though, then both your guns are acting up. When was the last time you chronoed them?

Bought the paint from a trusted paintball place.
As for the chrono, I cant remember the last time i did that, I just adjust the velocity until it fires most accurate. Then again, I never play speedball so I dont have to chrono my gun. But usually the velocity is not very high. I would guess it to be somewhere around 225-285. Nothing that should be breaking balls so regularly.

Have you checked your barrels for defects?
