I would guess crap got in front of the rear bolt.

yeah, i would say fluke. caused by something, but who knows what.

just replace it and you should be fine. i wouldn't worry about it doing it again

Looks like you used no oil at all on the front part of the powertube. I just apply a thin layer there. The rear damage was probaly from too much pressure or just crap in there and no oil. Why id there a 90* fitting on your valve?

sounds like you got some crap in there like enos said earlier post pics of your bolt, how bad is it dammaged?

its only a small piece( i would guve a pic but our camera is is mississippi on hurricane duty:) also my dad is letting me swap in hes parts since he dosent play as much.....so im good for now

on www.doropaintball.com and in the tippmann catalog, when it says valve complete, does that include a power tube also?
