Lapco bigshot 12" most accurate barrell (in my opinion) for only around $40 and cheaper if you can get it in the right places

Best barrel for the $$ right now I'd have to say is a Smart Parts Progressive Barrel.  There only $25 and there not to shabby.  But for the price you cant beat a Smart Parts Freak Jr.($65)

I'm gonna have to say the Lapco Bigshot is your best bet. It's only $50 and is medium bore which means you can use a lot of different paint in it.

J&J Ceramic or Lapco Bigshot. I prefer the J&J.
NASA and the Americans spent millions of dollars and hundreds of hours to develop a pen that would write in space.....The Russians used a pencil.
