I am persuming that the EGO is ready to shoot right out the box...I mean like amazing barrel, inline reg, etc...if I am wrong can someone correct me

CHeck the company that makes the EGO's website. It should give you the specs on it.

The Ego is an amazing marker. From what I heard the barrel is good, but not the best. Check out www.pbreview.com for more info.
