Where can i get a good price on a sl 68 and what is better a sl 68 or a phantom

Personal preference. The SL-68 II will certainly get the job done, and it'll do it well. I like the feel of my Phantom better, though (lighter, smoother stroke, SC feed)

go for the sl if you dont want to spend a lot of cash, can usualy find em at under 50 $$$ , the phantom however will cost you big, around 200

Look on Ebay. And both are good guns. The Phantom is better in my opinion though. But like Eville said, they will also cost you more than the SL 68 II.
