im so frustrated my freak barrel is stuck in my A5 barrel adapter and it wont budge , trust me ive had 4 guys try to take this thing apart and even some clamps wont even budge it, anyone kno how to take it off, sumone said the o ring was the problem but ya

this happened to my autococker, use a strap wrench (thats what i think its called) took mine off without a scratch

YOU  FREAKIN USED CLAMPS!? geez well deffinetly try using a strap wrench worked when i got mine stuck.

It sounds like the threads in the barrel and the adapter aren't the same. The same thing happened with my cheap adapter sticking in my 98 Custom. One day I just walked over to it and twisted as hard as I could and it came out. A new back would cost at least $40, so if I were you, if it came down to it, I wouldn't even worry about scratching it up a little bit.

there could be the possibility that there was a misthread, where it was being screwed in and the threads on the adapter and barrel over lapped, in which the posibility of getting stuck.
