So, tell me what you think of this new sniper gun? Read an article in a mag today that made the gun out to be pretty darn accurate, and with such a small supply of paintballs it must be made for one thing only.....SNIPING.

Yes, 3,000th posts.
But please guys, be mature about this, and don't start a flame fest (yes, I know this is asking a lot).

Alright, I'll be the only one to answer his question. I think it looks cool, but I wouldn't buy it because I think it's a waste of money.

the heart of the long bow is an AGD tac one, so its fast as rip if you have a bulk hopper on it.

The Long Bow isnt all that...it has an oversized pb pistol magazine that only holds 20 balls and the price for it is frikkin ridiculous....I say, jus get the Tac One and use the rest for what ups you want on it, HPA Tank and a hopper of your choice.

I'm with evil_fingers on this one. For that much money I would want to be able to shoot a lot
of paint! Also, having owned a PT Extreme, I suspect that a 20
round spring-fed magazine would have a tendency to deform the balls
which would be bad for accuracy.

That's another thing I don't understand. Why not just make a really small hopper? A 30 ball little piece of plastic wouldn't make a big target, I wonder why they didn't do that instead.

The point of the LongBow system was to enable those of us who put sights on our paintball markers to do so without the interference from a hopper. It is a lot of money to pay, but keep in mind that an AGD Tac-One comes with the kit, and that marker is no slouch. Besides, now they have the Q-Bow, which is a LongBow with a Q-loader adaptor on it, for increased paint capacity. Heres a link. jj |

Well, the Q-bow is worth gettin (not because I have the Qloader myself) but, at least it holds 80 more balls and youre able to carry more qpods (same size as a 140rd pod)=more balls on a harness or vest, then carrying several tubes that'll make a player look like hes carrying a pair of nunchucks.
