The cyclone can load pb's at 15 bps right?(or maybe 16) and how fast can a rt shoot?I looked it up and i saw alot of different answers...sum even said that the cyclone can't keep up with the rt (for the a-5)when its on most bounce (or whichever setting shoots fastest)is this true? thanks |

the r/t only has one firing mode, it uses the exhaust from the gun to fire a piston that pushes your trigger into starting position, which gives it a bounce like auto. the r/t can reach speeds of 20+. the egrip for the custom pro, has 5 firing modes, semi-auto, full auto, 3 round burst, 6 round burst, and auto-response(shoots once on the pull and once on the release). this makes your gun electronic. this is capped at 15bps for fully auto, which is the same speed the cyclone spins at. |

No it can't. I've heard 14, 15, up to 17 balls per second, but 20 is not realistic. Not even with polished internals, mods, whatever. A while back when A-5s were still pretty new there was a post from somebody about their R/T outrunning their cyclone. I don't remember who though, Zesty maybe. Some gold or plat person who knew what they were talking about. Maybe search.... But in general, they work great together and I you shouldn't have any problems. Edited by Whazuuup! |

It is very easy for the r/t to outrun the cyclone. The r/t can shoot at 20+ bps with the bigger fittings and maybe polished internals. It isn't unrealistic at all.

Ok heres the deal. A stock r/t will shoot somewhere around 15bps. With modifications, I would assume and I've heard that an r/t can hit 2bps or so, but I haven't tried it. A stock cyclone feeds up to 17bps. And then there's mods for that too...

Here is Tigman's 98 with RT shooting around 25 CPS: http://media.putfile.com/Hpim045830 I can shoot my RT and cyclone on my A-5 about 15-18 BPS without any mods. It seems to be fast enough on the field when I play. http://media.putfile.com/MOV0029469 Edited by Nickodemus |
