I'm thinking of upgrading my co2 powered a 5 to hpa. Currently I have a 20oz co2, Does any one know what the equivilent size is for a HPA tank?

Thanks

For the approximate amount of shoots per HPA tank, follow this formula

x*y=shots

x= cubic units
y= psi of the tank. For 3000 psi multiply the X*10. For 4500 psi multiply X*15.

For example, a 48/3000 psi tank would get you approximately 480 shots, or 48*10.

48/4500 psi tank would get you 48*15 shots.

A 68/4500 full fill is about equivalent to a 20 oz C02.

I still run my 98 custom off CO2 and it shoots as accurately as it does off HPA...

Don't upgrade unless you need to.

I have no idea what kind of gun you shoot, so I'm just making a general comment.
