So, My workplace, Niemans family market, Finialy decided to stop being smack tards.
I am/was a Service Clerk, Worst job in the store, Pays the worst, We are the guys who bag, Get carts, Clean ups, Help customers, stock shelves, clean the store, and any other crap any one else does'nt want to do. We are the slack picker uppers, We are the cannon fodder. 4 Months into my employment Floral Department needs a new employee and the chose me as their canidate, Now... The Service Clerk Supervisor Strait up sais no to premoting me, She states that I was "To valuable" in the Service area. Just 2 months prior she had given me a employee evaluation of 2 "needs improvement" out of 5. So, The service supervisor premotes a guy who has been there for less then a month to one of the most sought after departments in the store. I'm pissed, Floral's pissed... But no one contridicts the Service Supervisor, She's a ****Female Dog***** One month later, The owner of the store catches this new floral guy sleeping on a produce rack, The owner tells the idiot to not do it... And the floral employee shoots the owner a nasty look, Owner does'nt like it... Employee gets fired. The employee did'nt even know who the owner of the store was. Floral demands my premotion to the human resorces manager... I get premoted, With a raise! Finialy. Just as I was contimplating putting my two weeks in, And just before it starts snowing... (Service clerks have to push carts through an unplowed lot in the snow, Not easy) Bwahahaha.... Promotions > I intend on telling my old supervisor this: "So long, and thanks for all the fish" Now I get to stand around, Weighing things... And can talk to friends who come in and visit me for as long as I care to, and get paid more to do it. Why? Because the floral supervisor is extremly cool. Edited by *Stealth* |

Where do you work? Sounds like a bigger place then a mom and pop shop competing with the second largest walmart in the country. Plus, Where do you live. I live way up in the northern stretches of michigan. Edited by *Stealth* |

I just got a job at officemax standing around in the electronics section waiting for people to ask me questions for 8 bucks an hour. That seems pretty easy.

$8.65 Wal*Mart cashier.
About $180-$200 a week. 600 average IPH, 900 IPH highest, if that means anything to you other cashiers. Edited by Cacowroth |
