e-grip problem

I'm having a problem with the e-grip. Without air, the trigger will not fire consistently. It's almost as if you've got to give it a few pulls before it fires. Does anyone know what I'm talking about, and have any advice?

does the trigger trip if you have the safety on?

sometimes if the two grip halfves are to tightly screwed together the silinoid will not respond correctly

mine did this, i fixed it by adding a bit of jb weld to the part on the trigger that contacts the switch, i found out the trigger would occasionaly miss the switch, my fix has worked fine ever since,
