	I'd get the Powerlyte Scepter kit. I've heard nothing but great reviews about it.

	If you have or will have multiple guns, then definitely Freak. If you are only going to have one gun ever, then arguments can be made for other sets. I love my Freak, but then I have a lot of guns.
