I'd call Viewloader. I'm sure they'll send you a new one. But if you want one online, check their site, and maybe pbnation.

You shouldn't need one. If there are any problems, I'm sure you could send it to VL and they'll fix it. I'm about ready to tell them to either fix mine or send me a stinkin' new one. It's all screwed up, but the thing is I bought it used, so VL didn't screw me over the guy I bought it from did.

Flip the switch to trn it on. It's that easy. It's got eyes so it knows when to feed the balls.

Put the batteries in with the spacer. Flip switch on. It's a great hopper. I could scan the instructions and send them to you if you really want.
