nope it is an electic cocker using the worr frame made by wgp. as far as the cheapest electric cockers are used cockers have terrible resale value so you can pick them up cheap |

it is mech , if you want to find a cheap electro cocker look on ebay or pbnation. cockers usually tend to have a lower resale value.
