no if you can walk your gun then a drop is a bad thing. you can run and gun better without one, its bad poster to walk your gun with a drop and your inclinded to get your wrist shot up -_-. but for somethign like a responce trigger a drop is alright. maybe a little better maybe a littl worse...depends on the drop.
