Forums don’t work!

For some reason most forums don't work on my computer.
This one seems to be the only one that does. When I try to go onto the other forums it comes up a white blank page. It may be certain types of forums as Cedrics new forum doesn't work for me either and it is the same type as another one that I go onto.

Any suggestions short of busting out the magnet would be appreciated,

Yes i know my PC is screwed.

How would i go about enabling Javacript.
