So on the forums i remember hearing that remotes have a slight effect of letting CO2 expand in it, is this true and could it be a $12 1 stage x-chamber?

Yes it is true. Remember the "X" stands for expansion , the length of hose gives the CO2 room to expand. That being said I believe an actual X-chamber does a better job. Also if you are using the remote line and are lying in Wait for an opponent , liquid CO2 can still enter the marker do to the fact that your in a horizontal position.

Yes, the remote line will help with the liquid CO2. Personally, it has helped me out alot. It will also take the weight of the tank off of your marker.
NASA and the Americans spent millions of dollars and hundreds of hours to develop a pen that would write in space.....The Russians used a pencil.

Exactly. It's a great investment if your short on cash.

Ok then, so its a cheap step up from no expansion chamber, but without having to install new hoses and such

I was considering about hpa but decided to get a nice tank later on rather than a cheap, steel 48cm tank right now

not to get off the subject too much, but where can you find them for $12. the only ones i've seen are those extra special , rediculously priced, $50 lines at the local, (only shop in 2hr drive in-state) shop.

thanks

well on ebay if you look aroun for like a week you can always buy one for about 20 bucks or less.... I get all my stuff straight from the factory. a couple of summers ago 10 of my friends wanted to buy tippmanns and stuff so i just sined up to be a dealer and since the requirement was to make a big purchase the 10 tippys helped on that.. i got mine from the factory for 12 bucks...

You can get remotes on Ebay for 12 bucks all the time. Problem is they are microline and very cheaply made. A friend of mine purchased one and the valve wouldnt even screw all the way on to the tank and the hose leaked from both of the push on fittings
