nice response for his question. Anyways, I have no experience with them but you can check out their Bizrate.com store rating response from other people who had purchased a product from them. It is helpful when a site has that feature. |

not sure, but when I check out the "contact us" link they have only directions if mailing money orders to send it to "PO Box 7052 Ventura, ca 93006" so I think they are in California.
