It's still not very far.  Do some milling.  Make it CUSTOM. That's what awesome about 98 CUSTOM's.  They're easy to do over.  Make it more custom and then it might be worth the 3 years of just buying stuff for it.

i kant do any milling. i dont have the right tools to do it and i dont want to take a $30 risk of messing it up

If you get an E-Bolt, it'll be awesome. As of right now, it's good.

Why wont they allow Ebolts?  Thats retarded...  Its just like any other electronic gun that way.
