I am having this problem. I am running an A5 with a palmers stabilizer (inline). When I run CO2 in cold weather my gun will only run for 200, maybe 300 shots, then it starts skipping feeds like its running out of air, and then it starts farting like the tank is empty. I can even hook another tank up to it and it does the same thing. It seems to be freezing up. I am playing with others who have the same gun and they have no problems running co2 in cold weather. This gun is only 2 months old, and it does this with the stabilizer on and off. I use a remote setup. Thanks for any suggestions.

Test HPA with your gun first in those cold weather conditions first.  If it does the same thing then Tippmann should fix the cyclone for you since it's under warranty.  If the HPA does work then well you'd better break out your Visa.

HPA tank will be here tomorrow, but non-the-less, I would like to still be able to use CO2 if the need arises. I don't think that this is a cyclone problem because it is normal for it to stop working when my air is running out. Its the gun farting like its out of air that is the problem. Thanks for all of you all's help.

Buy a nitro tank.. the co2 tends to freeze up, only because it is way colder than Compressed air. Co2, in my oppinion is quiter and nice because of no freeze-ups.

~~My gun~~
*A5*
CP 1 Piece barrel
47/3000 nitro tank
E-grip with APE board
JCS duel trigger
QEV kit
Shocktech Rel. Bar
