I have a Tippy A-5 and cannot figure out why the bottom second from the front screw is off-sized
it is like a 4 1/2 size because the #4 allen and the #5 allens do not fit is this a common problem?

Are you using metric allens?, 4mm, 5mm, the tippman uses standard.

With those type of designations I'd say you are using Metric Allens rather than English (inches). Go read Tippmann Replacement Parts Guide written by Enos Shenk stickied at the top of GM&R (just click the underlined link) for all the correct size screws and bolts in most of the Tippmann markers.
