I found a reel nice oil to use on the marker,  ProFast synthetic pneumatic tool oil. It is use on nail guns etc. but will work on anything pneumatic. I think it is much better than Hopps 9 .

Just some info. - no affiliation -

Been using the Senco stuff for years now.

The 3 in1 oil is ok for the metal parts but the reason special(SPECIFIC) oil is used and recommended in your marker is because of the O-rings and cup seals. Some oils will swell weaken or other bad things to the seals and O-rings. If you go to Home-Depot they have pneumatic oil by the air compressors,  its worth it.

I've been using Napa Air Tool oil on all of the rentals at my local field. The rentals of course being 98 Customs can't get enough of the stuff. Besides them I even use the oil on my Pneumag and have yet to have any problems.

$8 for a litre, can't go wrong.
