do you have to get a qev if you get a super r/t and if so what one should i get... the super r/t is on the way

 QEV is needed if your shooting faster then the cyclone can feed. Palimars sells then and Clipered parts also carrys the parts.

You may need one if you're using an APE or WAS board.  My cyclone runs fine with out it at 20bps.  I don't know why but it just does.

You don't need the QEV for the actual r/t. The only reason you might need it is if you have the cyclone feed. In that case, buying the QEV is probably a good idea as the stock cyclone will not keep up with the super r/t.

I don't think it matters if you have an HPA tank. I think the palmers is probably the best.
