The handle and everything? The new rear bolt just dropped into my 98C. The old cocking handle fit the new bolt just fine!? The bolt is interchangable...nothing was different in the way it fit the marker or the parts fit it!

Kyle98, what tippmannparts state is you will need a new PLUG not cocking handle, the plug fits inside the rear bolt to guide/hold the spring and handle.
