Custom 98 trigger

I play woodsball/recball, not a  serious player, just go out and shoot when i can. I just want to be able to shoot a little faster and don't really want to spend over $40 dollars on a trigger so i was thinking of a double trigger. Is it hard to get used to? Will it make a noticeable difference? Pros & cons on doubble triggers please? Thanks

Wess, sounds like you need a Response Trigger. It'll do everything you need it to do if you play rec/woodsball. Pntbl  freak was meaning that even though you have extra leverage with a double trigger, it still must trip the sear, just like the single trigger. Don't get me wrong, the double will allow you to trip it slightly faster because of the added leverage and slightly easier pull pressure, but it's most likely not going to solve your problem to the extent of your wishes. The response trigger is a little more than your willing to spend, but it will work wonders (approximately 15 bps). That's pretty fast and should give you everything you need and then some. Look into it. It's the only solution I know of that will actually give you a decent fire rate with a relatively tight budget. I think they retail for about $55-60. 

it really all depends on the size springs you use, not neccessarily the trigger itself...

if you choose to tune it all the way up, then you will probably want an electric hopper too...or a cyclone. Man, I'm sorry dude! I am sitting here telling you what you need to buy and I don't even consider your budget at all! It's really easy to tell someone what to get when its not your money being spent! Anyway, if you got some extra cash, you really can't go wrong with the r/t and a good hopper. If you want to stay mechanicle, go with the cyclone (at least you don't have to buy batteries!). But if you don't want to spend the cash, do a search on trigger modifications (like the "clicky pen spring mod" and others...) There are many to be found. 

never go electric.

save up and get the cyclone and the R/T asap and you will not be able to figure ou thow you got on prior to that.      but like i said wait till you have the money and then do so
