My son purchased an Dead on blade double trigger for his A-5. I now wished he would have stayed with Tippmann parts but he wanted a blade. In short it will not work, dry fire or other wise. You can remove the pin closest to the tombstone latch and slide the trigger assembly down a little bit and it will fire or work properly, move the assembly back up so the pin goes in it won't work. Put the stock trigger back in, works like a charm. I returned the first one same problem. Everything is correct non e grip all springs in tact, I can't make this blade trigger work. Is it just a cheap trigger issue, after market junk or what. I googled the issue and it seems i'm not the only one with this issue.Any help is greatly appreciated.

a blade trigger isn't really necessary with a mechanical tippmann. Did
you take the parts off the stock trigger and replace them onto the new
one?

The problem is due to a difference in the gap between the back of the trigger and the release tab on the switch. If you are extremely careful you can bend this tab to increase or decrease the gap.
Pretty much the only double trigger that works out of the box with the Egrip is the GTA trigger. The Blade trigger is a better trigger, it just needs a little adjusting for it to work. |

You Wont See Me uses the JCS duel trigger on his E-grip. You can ask him if he had any problems with his trigger. I've tested the JCS duel trigger from a friend and he's never had a problem. Loved the feel of the aluminum trigger, too bad they are not compatible to non-E-gripped A5's.

if you are using an egrip go to APEonline and get one of their A-5 trigger assemblies they are by far the finest on the market totall machined from aluminum and a roller bearing on the blade
