Topic: Tippmann Pre-Announcement Posted: 17 April 2006 at 2:52pm |
As it has not been formally announced by Tippmann Pneumatics Inc. Tippmann will be discontinuing its current line of paintball markers. In response we will be changing our marker line towards the tournament pursuasion. We will be selling a new High-End marker by the end of the year. Shipments of product such as the Model 98, Custom Pro, 98 Custom, A-5, have ceased. We are already working on concepts for our new line of marker. We are sure you will be pleased with this turn of events as today's high-rate-of-fire markers are taking over. Our new marker will be capable of 27 balls-per-second. We will also be selling Airsoft Product in association with PALCO MANUFACTURING INC. Thank you.

Actually... given there are typos and mispellings on the site and by the true admin all the time... it shouldn't be too much of an issue.
I'm surprised not many of you piped in earlier. This post was up for awhile before it got any attention.
Decent enough try. Not quite believable given the blowback line is the company's cash-cow, especially the A5 given the recent milsim surge.
Giveaway for me was the fact that the poster accessed from somewhere outside Milwaukee.
Not Ft Wayne where Tippmann is, or Chicago where Summit is.
