I'm writing a research paper on Crime rates, And I was wondering if any one had some interesting idea's or facts that I could put in the paper.
I've already been to Wiki, and FBI.com... Now i'm weeding through google for credible sources. Any help would be fantastic. |

Just a thought, try something like crime rates in big cities vs. past and current political parties that are in office in those cities. Just my .02

There is a town in Michigan right across from a town in Canada, and they have dramatically different crime rates. I can't remember the name of the town, but one of my professors was discussing the difference in murder rates last year.

yea normally is but we have a sub today and a double period, so theres no work or a lab to do. but yea its usually pretty cool, the professor speaks english well though, he was born here the foreign language teachers are another story, gotta love sachem high school |

My physics teacher in high school was a direct decendent of the Rutherford you read about in the textbooks, and he really gets into it. He had a lot of fun with it too. We'd measure the speed of light in the halls with mirrors and lasers. He'd drop bowling balls off the catwalk in the gym and we'd time it falling (hopefully) onto the mat. Great guy too.

we dont get to play with lasers, i wish we did, or bowling balls. the coolest thing we did was drop eggs off a ledge, nothing really exciting past there

whites target blacks for 2.4 percent of violent crimes, while blacks choose whites more than half the time. Not to mention about 81% of rape victims are white; 18% are black; 1% are of other races.
