The gun is ok but I dont like that stock at all, doesn't seem like it would be sturdy and would bend if you put enough pressure on it. Definatly not worth the $105 price tag when if you have any metal working skills you could make this for a fraction of the cost.

u got a stock over a barrel...tisk tisk...i no it came w/ the kit..but still get a new barrel...

Why in god's name did they bend that stock? It doesn't seem to serve any purpose other than to get in your way(if it does indeed do that, maybe not...just seems like it would)... Other than that it's a nice gun.

That is one of the only stocks currently on the market that allows the user to "look down the sights" without any interference between the mask and stock. -119 Edited by spartan119 - 29 April 2006 at 11:48pm |

yeah... about that. see, this whole thread is a gallery, and if someone had an a5 to post, theyd just post it. check tippmann of the month or totm. sorry to seem rude, but a mini gallery in a gallery is useless. |

i disagree...because if there is one gallery then people can just flip though it to get ideas of wht they wont to do with there guns... Guys give me a break about the barrel i've only had the gun for 2 days... i've never even shot it...no co2 Edited by Snipeo101 - 30 April 2006 at 12:55am |

and for that predicament there are three things. 1. the page buttons. most of the guns you see here are going to be 98c's and A-5. plus some others. once again, see tippmann of the month. 2. upgrades and customizing forums. self explanitory. people post ideas on upgrades and such and ask questions on upgrades. if anyone needs an idea, just go here. 3. SEARCH!!!! i cannot emphasize this enough. if you want to see something, search. right now, if you want to see a bunch of a-5's, type in a-5 in the search bar. |

I agree with warhead... ugliest stock I have ever seen... and there are some
pretty ugly ones out there, but this one... DANG. If you're hard up with looking through a sight/"scope" then get a riser and save us the grief. Everything ahead of the stock is a-ok. Those guys at SpecialOps had to be laughing when they released that stock. As for a barrel, just remember you get what you pay for... a barrel. It all depends on what kind of paint you plan on shooting mainly. Then work around that. |

I love the stock so plz stock telling me thats its the most ugle thing u ever saw.....i'm a welder...and i no that its not going to break or bend...its allmost 1/4" thick
i thinks its assemly covent...and a rased rail just looks ugle and bulky are the normal tippmanns made out of allumnum? |

I think the stock is excellent.. SURE it may not look the best, but HE can actually use a sight or reddot scope now w/out having to buy a raised sightrail...
I always put function before looks, and the function of this is awesome. I dig the gun man. |
