i accidently unscrewed the velocity out. I have no idea wat to do when i screw it in it fells real tight wat should i do plz help

you'll need to screw it back in, and then get it chrono'd to make sure you aren't shooting too fast/slow...

Make sure that you are putting it in at the correct angle. Chronoing it would
not be a bad idea after you screw it in. |

If it won't screw back in, you may have crossthreaded it. In that case, you probably damaged the threads on the valve, and a replacement valve may be the only option.
