ok if u haven't heard of metal storm it is a company that makes guns for the army that dont use moving parts but instead use and elctronic chip to fire the gun and a pistol can fire 3+ shots in the blink of an eye. heres what im sayin wouldn;t it be awsome if a company made a marker of mount or something like that. it would decrease marker breaks dramaticly. give your opinions on the whole topic. |

He's got me curios too. I have never heard of this technology, and the idea of 3 rps does not impress.
Have you got any reference for this? Where did you hear of it? |

It helps if the paintball idea is realistic. |

I believe he means This company.
From what I can get off their website, there is no way the technology could be adapted to paintball markers. It requires the electronic ignition of a propellant charge to fire the projectile out of the barrel, and obviously that won't work with a paintball. Eller |

well it would with much modification to paintball. really whats the point too costly/unsafe. probably would be at least like $1-3 per paintball, really then whats the point of the million shot per minute paintball gun: it would fire 16,667 rounds per second at $2 per paintball total cost $3334 dollars/second hah i know that was really stupid and unrealistic but i was bored. i swear u people take everything to literaly. duh looking at it like that its gonna be very expensive, ya think ididnt know that. but like most things it would have to be adapted to be realistic and most likly wouldnt fire 1,000,000 rpm.

the Evolt fies paintballs electronically. it uses a battery to compress the air for each shot. so the only thing this means is that instead of a air tank or co2 tank then you get to have a battery and air compressor.
