tired of replacing your halo batterires or tired of having to turn the rip drive cause you ran out? well i had a uber idea, the top of your hopper would work like a calculator, have a solar panel and back up batteries, the panel would charge the batteries which would rune the hopper, cloudy day, use a battery charger, give your opinions!

Maybe, but in the woods there sometimes isnt a lot of light, and I wonder how much this would actually power in direct sunlight... not to mention it would probably be expensive and really just unnecessary. Its easier to carry extra batteries in my opinion.

You'd need a big solar panel to match the amperage power of 6 AA batteries, and a big battery pack to store energy for use when not in the sun (which is most of the time). With current technology, this hopper would be way heavier and bigger than anything else on the market. |

Thats an awsome idea... you could some how hook up some wires (like a remote line for an electric hopper) then just carry the battery in some kind of new pod pack called??? like a 5+1+1 (5 being paint pods, 1 being a CO2 or air tank, and 1 being a battery pack like the pic above)

Well, you could also work your gun like the way a lawn mower works. If you were to put a magnet on the side of your bolt and the same type of magnet on the inside of your gun so that the 2 magnets run really quick right next to each other causing electric sparks whenever you shoot well then you've got an automatic charger built right in.
Anybody get that.....at all? lol |

I'm pretty sure a battery requiring that kind of space would blow up a Halo, especially considering the Boost batteries they have now are more than capable of ruining your board. |
