i polished mine on a commercial strength felt wheel metal polisher...ill post pics soon (its as lustrous as a mirror)

air eficiency is how much shots you get per tank.

your velocity will go way up next time you chrono. this means your gun can shoot harder using the same amount of air before. when you turn your velocity down to 280 you will get way more shots per co2/hpa tank.

one week i was shooting less than 220 then i polished internals and i was suddenly shooting 300-330

look in the uber upgrades sticky. there are at least 2 ways posted.

or look in mods section of model98.org. just dont use sandpaper to do it.

buff the inside of your receiver halves where the power rtube etc goes..itll help with the rear bolt... you can also polish the rear bolt too if you want

yep recently did mine myself with a steel whool brush i got from my bro work..most restraunts have em..know n e one the works at one ask em for one.

I note no. It wont really help with anything. Carl says it will help with air efficiency.....it wont. Tippmanns use the same amount of air per shot no matter what your velocity is set at. The only way to get around this is a rear velocity adjuster or a regulator.

I wouldn't do it. The marker will "polish" itself after use.
