autococker trilogy - low velocity

my kid has an autocker trilogy, and when i chrono'd it the max velocity i could get is 231. and sometimes when it is fired the PB's only go about 10 feet. any ideas?

What version of the Trilogy?

Pro? If its the pro, check your operating pressure.

It is a sport, I forgot to mention I have verified that the bolt is in correctly. The marker is about 7 months old.

The best solutiion is to throw it away and buy a better marker.

Are u using co2 or nitro? Did u ever remove the velocity? Is ur bolt O ring good??

make sure the cocking rod is screwed all the way in.

I talked with WGP and they seem to think it is the exhaust valve.
