Idk if i should post this here or in upgrading and cusomizing.  If i use a paint stripper on my 98c and take off all the black stock paint.  Is there a way that i can like find a chrome paint for it.  I have not really ever heard of one but if any of you know where i can find some, thanks a bunch.

yes there are ceramic finishes that you can have applied by exhaust coating companies that are very nice.  The more you polish it the more mirror-like the finish becomes.  Some ceramic finishes have like a 98% reflectivity of chrome.  Not all are created equal.

I didnt think you could really chrom them because of the pot metal they use...

Just stip the paint, get a nice primer, and put the silver on in very thin layers as to not run.

Or you could go with my favorite... polished aluminum. Its alot easier than trying to paint or even get it chromed. Especially when the thing is already shinny.

rustoleum sells a chrome paint, or you can get different colors of chrome paint at the auto section of wal-mart.  It is touch up paint.
