I'm confused, if i were to buy a Halo B, would a power feed system help in loading the pb's? Also does an electric hopper feed as well when it is in a side feeder or top feeder?

Probably, but it's not worth the cost IMO. Center feeds better. |

I would say with a forcefed hopper you would notice no difference what so ever.
