So this is mine and alex's a5s...mine is on top with the chrome flatline...mines just about done, I'm pretty sure hes got a few more things left to do...

notice i dont have my scepter grenade launcher on there... I found one that comes with a special adapter for the flatline, and I'm in the process of making it match my barrel...I'll post a pic eventually once its all 100% complete.

Tell me what you think..give me some criticism.

It looks like you took the Flatline to a wire brush wheel.

Do you use that chromed out marker for woodsball? If not, what's with the
scope? Why does it look like you welded the flatline to the A5?

If someone chromed out an A5 for speedball that would look so good.

azn... i have used it in speedball but nothing serious just walk-ons at flagswipe, etc..

and yeah i do use it in woodsball...my friends and I play in my buddies forest so I dont care about being all discrete. I tried making my gun camoflauge at one point in time but I botched it really bad, so this is what Im staying with for the moment.

Sorry i took a pic with my gun dirty. The barrel is like a mirror when its cleaned and spotless.

and about the "scope"..its actually a red dot..well a red/green dot the green is so awesome...so easy for quick sighting

And alright, about the "welding"....this is gonna get me called a nub most likely... I've had a problem of the two front screws in the receiver not holding the a-5's barrel adapter piece firmly in the receiver-- you can just pull it out no matter how tight those two screws are. I eventually just got super pissed of not having it work so i just put some hot glue on the one edge to keep it from rotating...might as well ask if anyone has had this problem themselves and if they know of a fix for it??

that barrell does not look dirty - it looks scratched.

Anyways I agree. chromed out a-5 for speedball would be the sexeh.

I like the whole setup of yr gun. but dont ever weld a barrell to yr gun....ever...

if i were yuou and played scenerio. somehow manage to get the barrell off. get a real nice primer and put a nice thin coat on about 7 times and from there go to the upgrades and customizing forum and look at wookies paint tutorial. a lot of people from here have used his instructions including me. camo that bish. other then that sweet set up

Try wrapping the adapter part, whre it joins into the receiver with
plumber's tape or even a small piece of black electrical tape. You might
have to experiment a little to get the correct thickness of the wrap. That
works for me.
