could someone show me a pic of where they drilled a hole for the centerfeed

or is it worth it to send it in to rufus dawg to have them drill it

how much would that cost?

Yes
...although you do have to pay shipping both ways.
Not really all that much considering what you get out of the deal.
They did mine at TWC 4 for $40....and they even disassembled and reassembled it.
