I'm thinking of getting it it looks like a good gun. Anyone know about it or have used it? im not sure if i should get the Mr3 or an ion. Help!

Ion... My cousin has an MR2 which is similar but it doesnt have eyes... They're obnoxiously loud....

Go with the Ion. You wont be dissappointed.

im getting an ion, one of my friends friends has on nib and hes selling it for 150 bucks...cant pass up that offer, unless he sells it by next friday...anyway the mr3 looks like crap, just get an ion...

I don't really like the MR series. But ignoring that, I would still go with an Ion and tac body.

An sp-8 is basically an ion in woodsball form, get that if you want woodsball.

i wouldn't get an sp8.  for the extra money, weight, and other crap, you only get sights.  if you're going to get an ion, just get the regular one.

what IS the difference between the MR1-2-3

also read that the after market barrels will not always fit right. and that is from the compainies that sells them.

I would go with the SP-8... but I like my 22bps A5. the SP8 only fires up to 17bps F/A. and it is a ION so you cant use co2.

Question: why cant you use Co2 in an ION?
1 paintball gun package=$150
1 case of paint=$50

Yeah, with a stock board. I'll bet an Ion could out shoot that with the right board (like a T-board, Virtue, etc.)

Question: why cant you use Co2 in an ION?

You can, if and only if it's anti-siphoned, but you can't shoot too fast or you'll freeze it. Generally a bad idea though, so don't. In electropneumatics, if liquid CO2 gets into the gun, it will blow a solenoid.

Well, the way I figure it is if he's looking into a Spyder, he doesn't have HPA. He might have a Revvy or so though.
