A.C.T. is soooo good looking, it would prolly work great. but i dont think i have ever got a ball jam on my 98 lol. but i guess for the ppl who shoot tons of b.p.s. it might be better, please tell me more about it if u have one, is it standard in the tippys now??

As far as I know it's on the newer 98's only... It works great... Prevents chops and all that... It's worth the purchase...

You can still buy Tippmann 98s without ACT in it. I havent heard much about it, but from the people who have it, it works.
Pumpker'd; (V.) When a pump player runs up and shoots you at point blank range because you thought 20bps made you good.

I upgraded from a Tippmann 98 custom with Super Response trigger and a cyclone feed to a new Tippmann 98 ACT with a WAS board 30bps and a qloader, and I wouls have to say the ACT works like a charm I have not chopped a single ball since I started using it. also most of the older style Tippmann 98's or pro's will not accept the new WAS board upgrade, and the new Tippmann 98 ACTalso has a nicer dull bead blast finish then the older models, so overall I think it is worth it, oh not to mention the fack that they made some basic changes to the insides so now it is easier to get the gun apart and the the hopper latch spring now goes in with ease where as i was always fighing with my old one

So i guess the Ant Chop whatever actually works, and Baewolf got to Airgun.com look up the lvl 10 and you will be way more amazed with that than Tippmanns way of doing things.

The ACT totally works and yes you can stick your finger in and it does stop dead, I also laid a paintball at the end of the feed neck between it and the chamber and it would not break the ball. I guess what I am saying is that the thing works awesome, I own one and am totally impressed and don't see a need to knock Tippmann products on a Tippmann site, especially since I am so pro Tippmann

Do C-pros have ACT? because I think I've gone through about 20 boxes of paint since I got it and I haven't chopped once.

Thinking about it...

How the crap can you compare the level 10 bolt on an automag to the ACT on a Tippmann. The Two guns work entirely differently.

How do you propose they put a level 10 in a Tippy. Seriously.
Its a well designed anti-chop system. However it is an over designed system. I remember seeing a homemod that used a spring and a cut front bolt, did the same thing.

First off i didnt friggin propose that they put a lvl 10 in a tippmann, yes they are totally different systems but how does that keep me from comparing. and it actually isnt way over designed airgun only changed a few parts like drilling that small hole in the super bolt and coming up with carriers, its actually pretty friggen smart design if you ask me. Not knockin on tippmanns i still own my A-5 just is that im kinda in love with mags now.
