MilSim is short for military simulation. Basically milsim paintball is playing paintball with guns built/customized to look like real guns. Try looking at opsgear.com and specialopspaintball.com.
Try to look around before you post. A good place to start woud be the Marker Gallery. There are a lot of milsim guns in there. |

They are called real action markers (RAM), they opperate with small co2 cylenders in the stock, and work with real mags loaded with 44cal paintballs in small tubes.
