is the rt worth and is it easy for a 14 to tune and if i buy it on a gun will it already be ready to go

Translation: "Is the R/T worth it, and is it easy for a 14 year old to tune? Also, if I buy it on a gun, will it be all ready to go?" Proper English helps. As for an answer, the R/T is easy for anyone who is capable of reading a manual. I'm not sure about factory tuning though... |
