I found a 12v revy in my closet and i was wondering if it would be possible or if anyone has already done this, to take all the revy's internals and put them in a halo shell and still have it work like a revy but it being able to force feed instead of agitating.

Why? Combine an agitator with a positive feed...running both at the same time??? The paddle wheel feed cone in the Halo does all the agitation needed...besides the fact that it forces the paintballs into feed neck. |

I believe they are 2 very different sized paddle/cone. Have you ever seen inside a Halo B? If you did, you would realize it wouldn't work well at all.

I dont think you're going to have any luck transferring Revvy/Eggy internals into Halo B shells.
You can find used Halo Bs for pretty cheap. |

You could, but it would not work well at all. The balls would barely feed because the revvy impeller is so mch skinnier than the drive cup in the Halo. That, and getting the motor and all that stuff to fit. Sorry, they are two very different hoppers. |

I was going to try and use the halo drive cup not the revvy impeller.

Ok.... Motor will not fit. Gearing it will be impossible because the halo is not a direct drive like the Revvy is. Really. If this was a good idea, someone would've done it by now. |

Just keep it as a revvy. No real point in changing it. |
