I bought this recently, http://www.xtremez.com/paintball/product_information.asp?num ber=GNTA5S&dept=295, and it came with a collapsible stock. My question/problem is that when I took the end cap off to connect my stock I realized that the end cap had a O-ring but my stock didn't. The stock that game with it has a groove where an O-ring would go but it came without one. Now here is my question, can I use the O-ring that is on the end cap and put it on my stock? I used the search function and I couldn't find anything. |

I didnt use an O-Ring on mine.. But my gun is different...But I have a BT Collapsable stock

The reason the stock didn't come with an o-ring is that Tippmann bodies
come with slight differences in the tolerances of how they fit
togather. Try the stock w/o an 0-ring first. It is likely that it will
not be stable, but will rotate on the marker. The o-ring groove allows
you to try different rings until you find one that stablizes the stock
but still allows the body to be assembled properly.

The o-ring is just there to keep the stock from working itself side-ways during play.
