It all started with a 98 custom 3 years ago, but as we all know, it's only a matter of time before we start messing around with it. I'm no different:


most of the specs. are in my signature. the longer barrel is a J&J Ceramic. the shorter one is a hacked down stock barrel, it measures around 3.5''-4'' long (its mainly just for the noise, i don't use it too much in games). I also use a flatline from time to time, but i've been favoring my J&J as of late.  
Everyone tells me to get HPA, but it's not easily accessible right now, and I don't wanna buy pair of 68/45k's, and a Palmer's reg, and then not be able to fill the tanks. CO2 works fine for me right now anyhow.

98 Custom. R/T, Cyclone, x-chamber, polished internals, milled, painted, etc.
nothing special, but gets the job done.

Not to be mean, but that is a pretty ghetto paintjob. Also do you play at a field? I was just wondering because my field wouldn't let my friend use his gun because he had no trigger guard.

yeah, i'm getting a new one this week. i'm not sure exactly how i lost it, but i did....

edit: about the paint, it might just be the crappiness of my camera, or it could be the paint job itself. i used to have it solid green, and i think it looked like crap, so i changed it...idk, i may try to re-paint it again.

any suggestions for color?

are there any "flat" clear coats? the reason why i used a clear coat is because otherwise I end up with all kinds of scratches in the paint after a year or so, because i bump against trees/shrubs/etc.

Just get a clear coat that isnt marked as GLOSSY really.

I agree, the paint job is fugly, but easy to redo.

Get a flat green, olive drab. I have it on my 98, but I cant find a pic.
