So one of these things floats into the store where i work and we get it for very cheap. its broken though. heres what it had

Delrin bolt
shocktech bomb three way
ANS Reg
Shocktech Slide trigger frame
STO Ram
and some LPR

Empire Cradle and Drop with a 32 degrees on/off

We fixed it with a new CP Reg, Drop and On/off

Anybody know when these things were made? and it had letters imprinted on it that said  "As cold as Ice" Ya any info one these things is appreciated

32* = NPS = Crap quality, that's why you change out the pneus and valve on them. That said, '00-'02 were the production years that I saw. I never bought one as I hate 32* stuff, but there you have it.

Nope, Shocktech =/= NPS, the shocktech stuff is most likely aftermarket, OR, in some cases, certain companies such as shocktech and ANS have been known to sell off their "seconds" (read: didn't pass Quality Control) to other companies working on proprietary lines of markers. NPS also had a bad habit in the late '90's early '00's of just milling a body and throwing whatever parts they felt like on the marker and calling it a "32*" product.

That said, you will notice that there are some pretty big differences between your components and those posted by dude on paintballscene. The ones I saw in the NPS catalog back when I was in college we a mix of ST and ANS components with 32* grips, barrel, body, and drop.
