    Posted: 10 March 2007 at 1:57pm

Never liked all the M4 kits of the 98custom that had the mag-well so far away from the trigger guard, so I decided to make my own

Finished...for the time being.....

Mods
-removed fore-grip
-removed Tippmann 98 Custom lettering
-polished internals
-filled in all lettering except "WARNING: This is not a toy.
-cosmetic pieces include mag-well, ejector port and select fire switch
-dark horizon titanium hammer
-Shocktech supper fly bolt
-response trigger
-new valve with low pressure spring
-modified BT sight rail
-modified Opsgear M4 hand-guard
-Opsgear 10" barrel
-Opsgear M4 front sight post
-Pro Team Products Collapsible stock

with the low pressure valve and the titanium hammer, this thing rips.  I think I'm going to end up Q-loading it.

Enjoy

Awesome work. Very nicely done. One of the nicest M4s I've seen.

I personally think it needs that raised sight rail to mount your sight/handle on. It seems kinda short.

But still flows well, nice!

Looks very nice. May I suggest a red dot scope mounted on the sight rail?

Thanks for all the comments guys!
I would like to add a Bird Cage flash suppressor to the barrel to finish the look, or a "mock" silencer on it.  As for the qloader, I'm thinking of placing it under the hand guard like a grenade launcher.  Also, a remote line is a must.  Just need to get one.

Build up pictures can be found there^^^ at UMS.

The magwell is from a airsoft gun

hot gun. armson makes/made a barrle with a muzzle break that would look good on the gun.

Yeah, wow....I've seen many attempts at the M98C M4, most of them are nice, but meh.

This one definately doesn't suck. Nice work.
